Manhattan Residents

For orders received before 2:00PM, we deliver by hand the same day, every day (except on major holidays), from 2:00PM to 8:00PM to residents living below 99th Street. At check out, just select the time slot that is most convenient for you.

When you View Your Basket just prior to Checkout, there is a drop down menu headed "Ship Methods" directly under the total dollar amount of the items in your basket. When you open the drop-down menu, you will see a list of address locations with times of the day alongside each. Just select your address location and whichever time slot is most convenient for you - then click on the Update box (in red) and your delivery charge will be automatically added to your total bill.

Home Delivery Fees

• For local deliveries the delivery fee is $2.99 plus handling, and there is a minimum order amount of $15.

• For all other Manhattan residents living in the lower East side and West side, the delivery fee is $4.99  plus handling; on weekdays and there is a minimum order amount of $25. No weekend deliveries are currently available except by special arrangement. Please call us at 212.687.4255.

Non-Manhattan Residents

Orders received before 12:00PM (noon) ET, are shipped via UPS the same day, every weekday (except on major holidays), for delivery the next day between 11:00AM and 7:00PM (local time). Orders received AFTER 12:00PM will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

UPS Shipping:

We offer UPS Ground Shipping for the following areas:
UPS Ground Overnight (MA,RI,NY Albany & Binghamton East,PA Harrisburg East,NJ,MD,DE),
for end of day delivery. All shipping costs include packaging and handling charges.

UPS Next Day Air®
Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination within the continental US. All shipping costs include packaging and handling charges.

No shipments are currently available outside of the continental US, or to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

"Last Minute Food Emergencies" and Special Requests.

Orders received after 12:00PM (noon) will be delivered/shipped the following day. If you have a "last minute food emergency" or any other special request, we will do our best to accommodate you within our normal delivery/shipping hours.
