We are very proud that Zagat's 2005 New York City Marketplace Survey awarded us a food rating of 28 (of a possible 30) for our seafood that is so "impeccably fresh that it practically drives customers wild" and our "exceptional prepared foods". We Search The World Over - For You! The buyers at Wild Edibles search the world over in their quest to obtain the finest quality as well as unique products to offer our customers. While we purchase some of our seafood from the Fulton Fish Market in Manhattan, we prefer to deal directly with suppliers throughout the world and have it flown in. This practice not only assures us of unsurpassed product freshness and quality, but also allows us to offer an exceptional variety of selections. We Serve The City's Finest Restaurants - And You! Our excellent reputation within the restaurant and retail food industries is based on our extensive knowledge of our customer's specific needs and our ability to meet them. The typical Wild Edibles' wholesale customer may be as high as a 4 star-including a 4 star restaurant within the New York Metropolitan area, including such highly regarded venues as Alain Ducasse, and Le Bernardin. For many of our customers, Wild Edibles serves as the sole seafood supplier, primarily because of the overall excellent quality and variety of our products. For others, Wild Edibles serves as a supplier of seasonal specialty items that cannot be easily acquired from other providers.
